Shipping Policy for Archimat.ca

Welcome to Archimat.ca! We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping services. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping policy.

Shipping Destinations
Archimat.ca ships across Canada with exceptions of some areas. Archimat have the right not to ship and cancel the orders in the case of excessive costs, product availibities and delays. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside Canada and are interested in our products, please contact our customer service team at info@archimat.ca for further assistance.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Our shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the order size, weight, and destination. Here are the general guidelines:

Please note that there is not a standard shipping because of the size and weight of the products: Usually 5-7 business days for small items in nearby of our distribution center.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and volume of your order, as well as your location, if product are enabled for online sale channel (check out online).

There is no free shipping

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date at inf@archimat.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain items, such as oversized or heavy items, may have additional shipping charges or restrictions. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
